Founder of Alpha Omega
Michael’s career began with more than a decade as a saturation diver in the Oil & Gas sector, where he mastered resilience and high-stakes decision-making under extreme conditions. In 2017, he transitioned into venture capital, driving angel investment, early-stage funding, and international conferences with a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe.
These experiences shaped a clear North Star: to build a global community of entrepreneurial leaders who can support one another, face adversity head-on, and create ventures that endure.
